You work on commission and have responsibilty without control. If you choose are a finance major and do not advise/plan, the you will spend all day in front of a computer or in meetings. The work really sucks. I may look into this appraiser deal, but I assume that will be commission or fee based as well. I just don't like the idea of working on commission or sales or that I become indebted to my company for advancing me money in a slow cycle.Don't shirk government jobs. I work for the federal government and get some good perks; foreign language training, take trips to across US for free for training, the work isn't too stressful or to hard, if I get BRACd or RIFd then I have get an advantage in finding new jobs.</blockquote>
