Message: <blockquote data-quote="req" data-source="post: 661341" data-attributes="member: 555713">um. well. good luck with that...i would try using a pice of thin wood and build the door off that pice instead of cutting your doors apart. then just make a wood frame for the arm and speaker baffles and all stuff (use the origional door panel as a template) on that, and then start blobbling on the kittyhair to smooth everything out.dont cut your doorpanels up though. go to the junkyard and find a car whos panels you like, and cut them up and mix and match parts to attach to your monster door panels..good luck.</blockquote>
