ok if anyone has read my post about my amp clipping lately... i think i might of found the problem... anyway long sotry short, i was daisy chaining my 4 channel amp ...kind of... i had the rca coming from the headunit, plugged into the front inputs of the amp, then i had the output from the amp daisy chained into the rear input... of the amp, and the rear channels were powering my midbass speakers i was having a problem with (i thought) clipping, cause my mids would sound great, then at a certain level sound like mud (but cleanly).... so i took this old amp i had in my closet out, to run my midbass speakers... i hooked up the amp and the speakers were pounding, so i was happy.. and decided to connect the other amp for my uppermidrange/tweeter (through daisy chaining) and thats when the same thing happened, when i daisy chained the amps... i lost alot of bass and all depth almost completely.. with the second amp not hooked up... worked fine again... so i tried the amps the other way around... same thing.. tried different wires... same thing... anyway i thought at least one of my outputs would of been pre amped so i guess not... is the signal just being eating up by both amplifiers and hurting output or possibly something else? i guess i gotta run another wire from the preouts on my HU ...? just making sure before i start ripping up my interior i dont think its a power issue cause its only about 500ish watts
