I had a 2 ohm dvc sub and had to wire it in "series" to get it to 4 ohms because i have a 4ohm amp. You can figure out if the subs are DVC(dual voice coil) or SVC(single voice coil) by seeing how many sets of contacts are on the back of each sub.
