I had 4 of the U.S. Amps VLX400  in a Ford Explorer running 24-12" eclipse subs i only had one yellow top under the hood and 2 westco svr batteries in the back all off the STOCK ALTERNATOR. I did have a hybrid power supply from Audio Authority i used when I was parked at a show for the weekend.  but we were able to drive it anywhere with the air on and never blew up that ol factory alternator... truth be told i have a few classic amps just laying around but i plan on putting them to use very soon, u know they dont make em like they used to!</p></blockquote><p></p>
