Their team is better due to the fact of Gasol, plain and simple. Guy brought much needed depth to the team. Now Kobe has another all star player to help him out, like when they had Shaq in the day. Have a good post up player, guy to help on the boards and he is a good passer. They had one of the better records after they picked Gasol up. Like I said Kobe put up good numbers, but he isn't the sole reason why they are where they are right now.</blockquote>
