Not even Microsoft can guarantee your computer won't freeze, lockup or just stop working. But I can say that I don't expect anymore major downtime like yesterday and last week. Last week was terrible, for all of you and me. We just didn't have the right resources handling the job.</p></blockquote><p></p>
