Despite these glaring weaknesses, Cutler was still able to have one of the most prolific passing seasons in Bears team history.&nbsp; Furthermore, two of our 3 starting linebackers were injured early and that destroyed our defense.&nbsp;&nbsp; Also, the mediocrity of our coaching staff has FINALLY been called into question and several of those idiots have been sent packing.Mike Tice has been brought in to coach our offensive line and the guy knows what he&#039;s doing.&nbsp; Hopefully management will follow up with nice OC and DC acquisitions as well.&nbsp; We need a couple good offensive linemen, a true #1 WR and new offensive and defensive coordinators........and Bill Cowher in 2011.</blockquote>
