[QUOTE="chenface, post: 5406506, member: 603918"] Agreed, in my honest opinion , I still don't think the Lakers can beat the Celtics in a 7 game series, YET. We have shown spurts that we are a great team, but we have not made it a constant habit yet. There are streaks where we are unstoppable and blowing out teams in the first half, and then streaks where we are just mediocre. We need to continue working on our defense. What impressed me the most during yesterday's game was 9 blocks by the Lakers and only 3 by the Celtics. It was an important win for us yesterday, but it is still just one game and the Celts are still the best team in the NBA. It was a measuring stick to see if we can compete with the East Elites and we definately can. I still believe Detriot is a mediocre team due to the fact that they are just a .500 team after aquiring AI. Seems to me the Nuggets are getting a much better deal out of the trade. Losing 3 in a row to the Knicks, Sixers, and the Wiz doesn't help either. They need to change up their lineup or work on another trade if they wanna compete with the Celtics, Cavs, or Magics.
