[QUOTE="Goldenknob, post: 1702468, member: 561030"] today I thought I would check my other RCA's... I started messing around with them and all of a sudden I blew a fuse. when I replaced it my amp was making a buzzing sound.. I was like CRAP!!! WTF . and it was super hot. so I took it out.. drove to the local car audio shop and told them what happened and asked them to check it.. the guy took it in the back for about 5 min.. I heard a ton of bass playing after a bit.. then he comes back and said that it played fine.. that I probably have a short in my power lead. so I came back home looked over all my wires and didn't see any fault in them.. tried to hook it up again and buzz still and blew another fuse.. so I took it out and with a few short wires hooked it up directly to the battery. still buzzed... so now what?... shop is closed.. I plan on taking by in the morning to have them check it again.. and I want to watch him do it see if it still buzzes.. or to see if I have some major problem in my wireing that isn't affecting anything else for some reason... idk.. any ideas?
