The grocery store just raises prices on their food to cover taxes. The grocery store still makes its profit and the people buy the groceries, hence paying their taxes. It works this way in every business, otherwise we would have no businesses. This whole bs about the rich paying more is still a tax on the poor regardless. Printing money does the same thing by inflating prices, and since taxes are %, they go up too.
