BUT for the US this was not the time to impliment it, we are to far in the red zone... should've been done when clinton had us back in the black.... one of the largest unemployment booms and now all the unemployed that are losing their homes and can't find work not only have to try to put food on the tables for their family to live but also find money to put outrageous priced gas into cars to look for work now also have to worry about finding money to pay their healthcare or pay a healthy fine... crazy stupid!!!</p></blockquote><p></p>
