We live on absolutely nothing and sacrificed everything to make it happen.  Well turns out, if you live in 16 of the counties in this part of the state (northeastern), they will pay for you to go to school for two years at a community college, and give you an extra $1,000 a semester just to do it.  So we moved and she is on the Dean's list.  You can do it, and the power an education gives you over your employer cannot be underestimated.  Instead of being replaceable, you are a necessity that cannot be replaced and they will pay you to stay.</p></blockquote><p></p>
