Ok I finally got all items to install my new system this weekend, Both Amps I bought (Kicker ZX650.4 & Hifonics bxi606) come with a Bass remote, but do I need to run the bass remote for the comp speakers? I think it's not needed, but if I run it what I would be controlling with that? bass remote won't control anything if the LPF is on? I'm really confused about how should I set the amp settings: bxi606 is going to power up 2x10" Kicker CVR DVC @ 1ohm ZX650.4 is going to power up a pair of comps 6.5" PG RSD & 2-rear 6x9 pionners coax So, if I want to block all lows for comps I should leave on the LPF on the kicker amp? I mean all I want are the mids and highs from the speakers, so is this correct? same for Subs? should I leave on the HPF on the Hifonics so I wont get any mids and highs from the subs? One last question, does the gauge of the blue wire (remote) matters? I have a very thin one (don't know the gauge maybe 20-22) and I don't know if I should run a thicker one or that one is ok, I'll be running new sets of RCA's so if I need to run a new one I better do it all at the same time. Thanks in advance to all input, all help is highly appreciate it!
