My question is I had my windows up in a group of vehicles, then i drove down the road he lost sight of me never pulled me over when i was on the road. I was out of my vehicle turned off parked. How can he prove it was me who had the music I even said look nothing in here since its a blowthrough he was likewell its in the bed then. I got 111.00 dollar ticket. Should I fight it and have a case since he cant prove it came from my truck windows up, limo tint and was out of my truck and not even in it when he came up to my truck parked turned off and keys out?</p></blockquote><p></p>
