Basically my subs have a whine to them(happens whether engine is started or not), and it seems to fluctuate with the cars rpms. When i remove the rca's from the amp the noise is still there. So does this mean that the ground must be bad? I have  re-done the ground at three different spots, and still get the same noise. Do I just **** at making grounds, or could it be something else?Any input would be great.</blockquote>
