I’ve been helping a buddy troubleshoot his system. He got a brand new Kenwood head unit and we’re running some kicker KS series speakers. We’ve got power to the head unit and we can see that music is playing from the screen on the head unit and still no sound out of the speakers. We ended up bypassing everything and running our own speaker wire and ran power to the battery just for testing purposes. We’re getting absolutely no power from the speaker wires in the harness. I’ve tried my head unit which works perfectly in my rig and different sets of speakers. I am completely stumped.
