I recently had my 97 taurus installed with two 10" subs and a mono channel amp 4 ohm. wired professionally. I sold those subs and bought a 12 inch jl audio sub 1000 watt and got a boss 1500 watt amp with it. i wanted to change my amp so i dis attached all of my wires from my kenwood amp and hooked them up to the boss amp but i left the battery connected(stupid i know) and connected the ground i had a spark. i replaced the fuse that was clearly blown in the wire within the engine. but when i hook up the power cables and the ground up to both amps i get no power. could i have a weak ground does the ground wire matter for starting up maybe fuses? or could it be the remote small blue wire that can be hooked up to the kenwood but not the boss? HELP ME OUT GUYS IM FRUSTRATED</p></blockquote><p></p>
