Hey all, I have a 95 Honda Civic - I previously had a pioneer head unit in it but it would stop playing when it got too hot, so I took my other head unit out of my old car I am trying to install it into the civic. It is a Aiwa CDC-X227 has a pretty straight forward layout - I just can't get it to work. I am connecting it to the wires that the pioneer was connected to. Red to red, yellow to yellow, black to black and blue to blue and I get absolutely nothing. I tried switching the red and yellow wires around and then I could insert and eject a cd - but the unit would not turn on? Anyone with help - It would be extremely appreciated, I am driving up to Chicago tomorrow and I don't want to be driving 12 hours with no music!! Thanks...
