What up people!! I have been going through the archives trying to learn more about car audio and what equipment works well, etc. I don't know much about car audio just the little that I have learned through my brother who is more into car audio. I currently started to redo my car system to something mid-level as far as quality and affordability as I'm a parent with a mortgage and 5 month old baby girl. The current set up that I have in my 1994 Impala SS is 6.5 Polk Momo coaxials up front and 6x9 Polk Momo all being powered by a JBL GTO 75.4II, I wanted to run an Alpine amp but I really couldn't justify spending $350+ for the amp. I have had the old school V12 Apline amps and it was a great amp. I'm currently looking to add a single 12" sub in my spare 17" Impala rim so that I don't have to use alot of the room in my trunk nor do I want to add wieght building a huge custom box. My goal for the sound system is to build a nice sound qaulity system, not looking to be louder than the guy next to me on the street but have a clean sound that's pleasant to the ear.
