They are somewhat similar to the regular UR6 components, but the UR6S have a multi-layered honeycomb cone. Also, they technically aren't 2 levels above  the UP6. Both the UR6 and UR6S fall into the Ultimate Reference Series, just their cone materials set them apart. And DLS has discontinued the UR6 here in the US, as the UR6S is only minutely more expensive, but becuase of the cone materials, is said to be a little bit better of a driver.</p></blockquote><p></p>
