Going to start in March since I will be getting in a ton of cardio during turkey season. shooting for a pound a week for the first 7-8 weeks and then a pound every 2 weeks after that. Hopefully before school starts back I will have a beautiful 6 pack that makes the ladies "swoon".</p></blockquote><p></p>
