Worst case you wont be able to recover money for the bike from them (fine print on contracts is a *****), but that is what insurance is for...You still have a case on being cracked over the head with a bat.Oh and next time keep your helmet on mang.Edit: You where way ahead of me...still, sue their ***.</blockquote>
