I won a lot of spl trophy's locally with them.A friend of mine has them now and they are still going strong.I have the 3xl's and asa amplifiers now and have the asa's running at a half ohm they run strong and cool at half recommended ohm load. You are doing the right thing by going through a shop for your first set up.</blockquote>
