The sub is made poorly and has a good chance of failing and falling apart. Also even if that amp did put out 2400wrms  your electrical could never sopport that stock and you would end up clipping your amp or sub and blowing one of the two or both. Sorry I wasnt here to bash you but to just say if you could return them I would otherwise install them and play them and maybe upgrade in the future if they dont meet your needs.</p></blockquote><p></p>
