Hello all, Ive been researching for a few months now planning a new build for my 2010 Camaro. Im looking to start ordering my equipment but the more I read the more I want to pull my hair out. Let me start by explaining what Im thinking. Front Stage: HAT Clarus C61-2 powered by Sundown saz-100.4 bridged Rear Fill: Hat Imagine....I was set on this till I started reading more today. Sub: 12" FiQ in sealed enclosure. powered by saz-1500d Looking to run off of stock head unit using this Subthump 5th Gen Add an Amp T-Harness for 2010 Camaro And also use a MS8 processor. So the more I was reading the more I found the MS8 was really geared towards running rear speakers and a center channel to really make it shine. I was originally going to omit my center channel (stock one in the car is anemic) and power the rear 6x9's off the MS8 internal amp, just for rear fill. Also read rears shouldnt really be coaxial either cause you dont want highs coming from the rear. People were talking about snipping the tweeters in the rear and then covering the rear midranges with foam to limit the highs also. Multiple different ways to wire them mono, certain time delay, etc, etc... Would it really sound that bad if obviously the doors were properly sealed and deadened, ran the front components off the bridged power, ran the rears off the ms8(lpf), and omitted the center? Or should I just take the rears out of the equation all together? Sorry for the long post, and its kinda a rant, I really like to research everything fully before pulling the trigger but Im driving myself nuts, at the point were I wanna throw in the towel. Looking for some feedback. Thanks for any input
