If rms was exceeded I don&#039;t see how it should be the company&#039;s fault.&nbsp; That&#039;s like someone straping on a performance part to their car that voids the warranty and gets mad when it causes engine failure or a shortened engine life.&nbsp; I feel the k&#039;s that I bought were better than any other speaker choice that I could have picked up from my local good guys, bestbuy, circuit city.&nbsp; I will say I was pretty upset that I didn&#039;t receive my k&#039;s until July sometime when their original release was supposed to be at the end of may or beginning of June if I remember back correctly.&nbsp; My anger has left as I&#039;ve had no problem with the speaker.&nbsp; I rather have to wait an extra month than go and buy the jbl&#039;s gt series (and receive them in a week) that I previously had and have them break constantly and have to keep sending them back.Now that I&#039;ve said this I&#039;ve probably jinx myself and my k&#039;s will break tomorrow and the new 15&quot; o series that I ordered will break within a month of when I get them LOL.</blockquote>
