Best to convert your audio to wav format and throw them on a USB. The 80 prs doesnt support higher bitrate flac. I'd also trust bluetooth over aux because its a digital signal using the head unit's DAC vs your phone's dac. granted the 80 prs is only bluetooth 3.0 but its still better than aux IMO. [QUOTE="Jeffdachef, post: 8669102, member: 650438"] the 80 prs's amp surprisingly gets pretty loud and clear i'd say it'll be an upgrade over your 2000mp for sure. Mainly because the dac from the 80 prs is a lot nicer. You also want to skip the aux cord completely when the 80 prs comes in, aux is processed by your phone's audio and your phone has a built in EQ curve/sound signature which may or may not fk up the sound along with your phone might clip the audio signal as well. I've made my older setups smell clipping from aux even when its not as loud as bluetooth or USB back then so i really do not trust it at all. Thats a no on headrest speakers when it comes to the actual definition of car audio sound quality however your personal taste might differ from what's the Meta. Actual sound quality is when you can see through sound a live studio performance in your car and can pinpoint out every instrument location on the dash via sound. Headrest speakers destroy this whole soundstage concept completely. to average guys that just want a clear sounding setup, they might not care about the sound stage and just want loud, and clear in that case headrest speakers wouldn't bother them. As for keeping stock, you'll definitely want a tweeter somewhere up which looks like this but you can put it anywhere in your car, not sure if this is overly obtrusive for you or not but its necessary to bring the sound stage up to eye level. You can also do kick panels if you have space with the speakers pointing up towards the center as well. Not as optimal due to legs being in the way but its a compromise. Otherwise with coaxials, you'll just be stuck with the soundstage down by your knees or at best chest level.
