The N2 is the better of the two units for the Nav function and bells and whistles, however the Eclipse will bend it over and spank it's a$$ for overall system capabilies. The two units sound drastically different, the Eclipse being the better of the two + a better warranty and theft deterrent. Choose the unit based on the needs.</p></blockquote><p></p>
