Both amps are a little more expensive but I do have a really high budget and am willing to upgrade and swap. Would the HD 1200/1 damage the sub since its rated at 1200RMS and the W6v3 says 600rms? It is my understanding that JL underates their subs and they can actually use more power. I just want to provide enough power to my sub while at the same time have it sound great!
