I'd start with 200 or 220, then jump to 400. just my $0.02. and dont over do it with the nails. are you waiting for the glue to dry, the putting screws in? if so, that kinda defeats the purpose. the screws serve more for keeping the box together nice and tight while the glue dries.i'm curious to see this external port you keep mentioning. i dont quite have a picture of it yet. do you have a drawing or something you can post to give visual?</blockquote>
