Message: <blockquote data-quote="Phoenix Risen" data-source="post: 6957915" data-attributes="member: 623425">you always want to run your fuse as close to the batt as possible. i had a 03 cav. exact same as yours. the best way to run the power wire is down the drive side. if you look under the dash you will see a large rubber ring that sits in a hole in the firewall that has some wires coming through it.  you can cut a smallhole in that and run the wire through there. i had the fuse just inside the cabin of the car from that wholeif you have any questions later in the install about how to run wires just let me know. i know those cavs inside and out</blockquote>
