Anyway I glad on grabbing another one and strapping them at 2ohms or ditching it for mini2000s and strapping them at 2 ohms. . I'm very happy with the mini though. Bass response is wide and accurate. Small footprint. It fits just about anywhere. And it was only $118. Worth ever penny and I'd recommend them to anyone. You can pay $360 for 4k at 2ohms strapped(1ohm per amp) or **** near a grand on many "others" 4500s. The others have there advantages but for MY setup and most novice-dailys there not worth the extra $5-$700. (if I had it I'd buy "others" though. But wouldn't we all....)
I had an Ap15001d back in high school. Toasted it, likely my fault clipping the hell out of it trying to stunt, my replacement held up great until I sold it. Hopefully it's still going strong. Currently I'm running a mini 1500, I wouldn't have bought knowing a 2000 is coming out, at 2 ohms. Got KCA 0 on it and she doesn't really get warm also 4v inputs coming off the kenwood probably help. Anyway I glad on grabbing another one and strapping them at 2ohms or ditching it for mini2000s and strapping them at 2 ohms. :-).
