You know why cause it isn't. IT all depends on how much current they draw. some amps can draw a tinny amount or an amp can draw so much that it uses all of the current out of the turn on which is about .5A I wouldn't trust anyone who tell me that ohm loads aren't an issue in constant power circuits.
