[QUOTE="LetMyBeatPound, post: 8703165, member: 673630"] It's been a long time since some guys on here helped me put together my first big system and I'm in the end stages of putting together a bigger system. I got a SKv2 3500 and some X18 D2's. I think my electrical should be able to handle it, I'm gonna add a 2 battery eventually. I have a 300a Excessive Amperage hairpin, a G34 AGM I got a local used battery place and a brand new XS Power XP3000 coming in the mail. Planning to get another later. Dual runs of 2/0 ofc welding cable from the alt to the start battery and will be to the new battery and then to the amp. I have a pretty big box so I dont think I'll get much box rise. It wasn't even a factor really in my last set up. I think I'll need to add a bilge fan in the near future. I'm know running at .5 will get amps hot. Just wondering form people with more experience if it looks like I'm headed in the right direction. I'm gonna set the gains with a DMM I know it's not the best way but I better than guessing.
