[QUOTE="boomsta, post: 319228, member: 550210"] not that i knwo what any of this means but heres the new deal we got a SEMA and CES installer (no idea what that means but apparently its a good thing). They actually did some cars going to las vegas for MTX. Well anyways they're gonna put the four fifteens in tiered slot ported fiberglass and MDF enclosure (whatever the hell that is), theres gonna be two sets of components in each door. It's supposed to be pretty loud what do you guys think four fifteens in a slot ported box will push with 3000 watts RMS going to all four subs? will i hit 150 DB i asked the guys and they laughed. Said i could hit 150 with two fifteens and 1500 watts no problem. Heres what im starting to think though is am i gonna have to get new windows and stuff, cause i've been told that at 160 you blow out your windows. If i do what the hell do i do with that. just buy super strong glass or something? whats the deal i have toi drive this thing too so i cant be blowing out my windows. The guy sat me in his truck with two Coustic twelves he said were junk and its freaking hella loud on a thousand watts. anyways just wanted to let you all know what was happening.
