I currently have a kx700.5 it was pushing my front speakers which were mtxt5001 and the 3 way mtx 6x9's and 1 8l7. NOw my guy told me after blowing the fronts that I should step up to the $500 mtx 5 1/4 components there high end. He not installed them yet but now he is telling me that when my bass hits that it is taking power from my fronts that is what blew them. So I am wondering if you guys think it is the amp or the speakers. is what I am running crap and do I have to rip it all out and start over or what</p></blockquote><p></p>
