I think covering the whole interior with dynamat will be pretty $$$, so any suggestions are welcome.
Ok so im near completeing my new/old system. Anyway i wanted to go with an old school set-up this time around, mainly because i love the old school stuff. Plain and simple. Anyway after some time of accumulating stuff i seem to start questioning myself about power. Im sure you all know how it is when you keep getting stuff not thinking of WHAT ELSE you will need. So im basically going to be running an Orion SX2250 for my sub amp. Im going to have one USA 2200 by zed powering a set of 6.5 comps, and another 2200 powering a set of 5.25 comps and some tweets. Top all that off with the cd player ect. I have an old epx-205 ill be running as well but that will be powered off the orion. But im also going to be getting an EQ for my front and rear comps. I pretty much know what ill be picking up to run all this, minus a few details but i want to know what others think as well. But please im running what im running, no changing my mind so i dont want to hear any b/s about this and that. Im going for a daily, not any spl. I dont plan on going to any comps. Im just an old school fan who loves good quality loud music. I also wanted to know what others use for sound dampening. I know alot of guys use dynamatt, but im going to strip my whole interior down to nothing and start there. I think covering the whole interior with dynamat will be pretty $$$, so any suggestions are welcome.
