Because of this you can get away with sealing them. Usually if you want big SPL go ported but the box is much bigger and you can't play it too loud lower than its tuned freq.Ported is also better if you lack power. Sealed is better for clarity and punch and the box is smaller but it needs more power. Basicly, if you want huge SPL and you don't mind sacerficing the space, 4.5 cubic feet and a 6" X 12.2" X 20.5" port. This would rip your face off! See what others say.G-luck.</blockquote>
