Otherwise, you might have to go slotted to have the subs sitting inside.
Well, I can tell you that after doing some calculations, you do have enough airspace for those 2 12's. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm guessing your 30 is depth, 27 is width, and 15 is height. So here's the math.. outside dimensions is 30D x 27W x 15D. So let's say you're using .75" thick wood and doing double baffle for the front panel where the subs are, inside dimensions will be 27.75 x 25.5 x 13.5 = 9,552.9375 divided by 1728 = 5.52 cu ft. After sub and port displacement, you'll be just about 5.0 cu ft net volume. The problem is how you're gonna fit the aeroports inside the enclosure depending on how much depth the HDD subs will take up. Even though aeroports take up less displacement than slot in general, it does take up a lot of width because of its circle shape. Or what would also work would be to invert your subs laying from the top baffle, and have a single big aeroport facing rear. I would recommend a 6" flared for the amount of SPL the HDD's can do. Otherwise, you might have to go slotted to have the subs sitting inside.
