I had a problem with the unit, they reinstalled it but didn't tune it because you need a palm pilot. I have a palm now and want to tune it, so i need to get to the unit.Im going to use a small flathead along with a putty knife. Putty knife to protect the trim, will use both in tandem....check out this tool.
