I've had this problem before on my dell 1318 so I thought a new battery would fix it. I bought I new battery for it, put it in, turn it on, works perfect, but when I plug in the charger it says "plugged in, not charging", i know it's not the battery, could it be the charger? And if it's the charger, how come itll keep the laptop on with the bad battery in it? I just need to know how to fix this, thanks in advance guys!</p></blockquote><p></p>
