I&#039;ve just got to find the one with the right output etc.I don&#039;t know how many times I&#039;ve got to say this though, I&#039;m uncomftorable just blindly picking a pair of speakers based on price alone.So far I&#039;ve gotten recommendations forTS-A SeriesPhoenix Gold RSDPioneer REV(read a lot of good things)Polk db650(also read a lot of good things)Still looking for more..as well as an answer to my question, is it alright to use my stock wiring, or would it make a significant difference if I upgraded?and..will it hurt my &#039;new&#039; speakers to play them loudly without an amp? I&#039;ve heard that running speakers loudly without an amp is like driving your car at high revs for long periods of time, and that an amp basically &#039;lowers the revs.&#039; Is this true?I&#039;m not looking for SPL, just quality.. I don&#039;t want to go deaf, or blast my neighbors, just want to be able to listen to all the notes in my music without them sounding like crap or feeling riped off/still wanting more.</blockquote>
