Thanks for the quick reply:) Makes me feel like I'm gonna be able to get all my questions answered. If the stock head unit is going to hold the entire system back then I'll upgrade it as well. I've been looking at some Nakamichis because they match my interior pretty well(black, plain, and light green lights.) A while back(at least 6 months) I was looking at a few Pioneers as well and they looked tempting. I've got a cheap Aiwa head unit lying around that I could put in but I think it would be better to get a Pioneer or something better quality. Plus it is ugly as hell IMO. When I was talking to a salesman at Al & Eds car audio store a longg time ago he told me a few things, some of which I've forgotten, but I don't know how true they all were.. MB Quarts = the best speakers Eclipse speakers = best for the price Alpine and Pioneer = best amps for the price Monster Cables will make a difference in sound quality. Unfortunately he wanted like $750+ to install 4 speakers, an amp, and head unit so I never went through with it. I think I'll edit my original post a bit to change around the budgets for each item now that it includes a head unit.
