[QUOTE="TheBlackSheep, post: 1179502, member: 556719"] I got an amp from my friend tonight, it's a Rampage (Audiovox) 522A; puts out 50W x 2 MAX, can't find the RMS anywhere online. Anyway, for the sake of laziness, my main question is where can I get those little plugs for using the hi-input on the amp? Also, would it harm my amp/speakers if I use the hi-input out from the head unit (Low-level is for my subs, I have a Pioneer DEH-P4500 w/ two sets) and RCA cables into the low-level input to the amp for the signal? The speakers are Infinity Reference CFP4602 (Handles 40W RMS). Also, for such a tiny amp, what is the smallest gauge wire I could get away with? I've had a few electronics classes, but I'm still not real good with a multimeter; I've got one tho, can someone in the plainest of terms tell me how to check if the amp is working properly (I'm not just talking 'if the light comes on')?
