I wanted to install this aftermarket radio: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_hcOniXX6qAS0bAYaLGeI4t6sAllbISd/view . I know I have to get a harness, but this is where I start to get confused. For the 2002 Lexus ES300 with no disk changer (just a single CD player), crutchfield recommends the Metra 70-8113, however for the model with the in-dash CD changer, it recommends the Axxess TYTO-01. The owner manual for the Axxess TYTO-01 (https://pdf.crutchfieldonline.com/ImageBank/v20190409090000/Manuals/120/120TYTO01.PDF) says it only works for ES300 models with the in-dash CD changer, however I was wondering if the Metra 70-8113 (https://pdf.crutchfieldonline.com/ImageBank/v20170313094500/Manuals/120/120708113.PDF) would still work for my in-dash CD changer? (the only reason I ask is that I have already purchased the Metra 70-8113 without realizing the difference on cruthfields website) If I can't use the metra harness, why not? Both the Axxess TYTO-01 and the Metra 70-8113 have one, however my stereo does not. I read online that I could wire it into the power antenna wire, however someone told me that on newer radios, that wire will turn off if I exit the FM or AM modes of the radio. Someone else told me to wire it to the ACC wire which turns on with my ignition, however this would mean that my amp would be on constantly when the car is on, even when the stereo is off right? Is this a bad thing to do? Someone else recommended that I use a PAC TR4 Universal Trigger Module (https://www.carid.com/images/pac/items/pdf/tr4-instructions.pdf) to detect a current on one of the speaker wires and then turn on the amplifier. Is this a smarter thing to do? If so, would I wire the Low Voltage Trigger Input wire to one of my speaker wires? and would I wire the constant power to my ACC ignition power or to the constant 12V from my battery?

Sorry for so many questions, I just want to make sure I do everything correctly. I have already ordered both the Metra 70-8113 and the SCOSCHE SLC4 without realizing the different recommended harness for the in-dash CD changer model and I would like to save myself the hassle of returning them if I don't have to.
Hello, I own a 2002 Lexus ES300 with an in-dash CD changer. I wanted to install this aftermarket radio: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_hcOniXX6qAS0bAYaLGeI4t6sAllbISd/view .
