Okay Guys This is my first time dealing with any car audio Install. So i bought a 2000 Jetta VR6. When i bought it already had a Ken-wood head unit installed, but was in protect mode. I did my research and I found that I either had a blown speaker or was it grounding out some where. When I started to look I found that the car has Boston RC 620 speakers in all 4 doors. I isolated it to the front driver door and fixed the grounding issue. The speakers have professional Wire ran from the unit to a quick connect under the back seats then from the connect to the doors where i assume they where ran to an amp at some point. So i am wondering how hard it would be to install an amp for the speakers and install a sub with amp. I already have a single power cable ran to the trunk as well. The My speakers are 250w/4ohh. My question what should i do from here. What kind of amp do i need for the speakers. And what kind of Sub do y'all recommend With my speakers and set up. Also if i need to upgrade my head unit as well. I can provide pictures of everything if that will help as well. Here is a link to the speakers if anyone needs more information on them Boston Acoustics Rally RC620 Specs - CNET
