If you are using Video 1, you have an output as well for that as a L/R RCA output. You could run that to a preamp, but it would only work when Video 1 is the source. The CD input has an output as well. This would work the same way as the Video 1. The CD input would have to be selected to get sound out of the preouts.</p></blockquote><p></p>
