They hooked up every wire except for the blue and white one. He said that everything works perfectly but when he plays a DVD he's getting no sound from it and if he presses the isr button he'll get sound for a second and it will cut out. Any ideas anyone? I'm clueless on this and could use help asap.</blockquote>
