Hi guys I'm new to the forums. Ive been reading alot of threads and decided this would be a good place to learn about sound systems. Now I need help building a box. Right now I have a 2 12inch L7's in my dodge charger. I took it to a shop here in Tucson, arizona and they screwed up my whole car. Broke my headliner, broke my seat warmers and just made a mess of things. And after all that it sounds like crap. Here is a pic Think the box is too small. Again I know nothing about systems so im trying to learn. Now im trying to build a new set up but I want you guys to help me make it by giving me advice and tips if possible. My uncle builds kitchen cabinets for a living (actuall retired) but has a three car garage that is his workshop. So I have access to almost every tool im going to need (i think). So what I want is this. Now I dont have any measurements at all. The only thing I know is that the sub is a jl 13w7 in a bandpass box correct? and I think it might be 3.0 cubic ft. Other than that I dont know much more. Here are other pics. You can kinda see the port hole on the top right corner do you guys think its a good location? And one last thing I really like this set up. But I also saw this one. Now this one I know its 3 cubic ft. And do you guys thinks its doable by just following the pictures? I know its alot to ask but im hoping someone would step up and help a newbie. Thanks guys. Oh and by the way if anyone wants to buy my 2 L7'S shoot me a pm. Thanks guys. I will edit my post if I put some wrong info. Thanks again.
